Karl Mokake’s ISOHSA Makes SW Proud, Lifts Trophy

Isle of Hope Academy, ISOHSA of Limbe has brought glory to the South West Region by emerging champions of this year’s national interpools.

The team crushed Bafmeng United Football Academy, BUFA two goals to zero yesterday to emerge champions. The game that was played at the Ngoa-kele Stadium saw the Southwest representative triumphing in spectacular fashion.

Though the two teams had already picked their Elite 2 Ticket, the boys of Karl Mokake’s ISOHSA distinguished themselves in great fashion. They ended the tourney without any defeat.

Albert Tiku Egbe scored the first goal of the game which was his 5th of the completion while Brandon Babo came with the second goal that also raised his tally to three goals.

ISOHSA’s Albert Tiku Egbe was voted as the Best player of the Interpools and the highest goal scorer of the competition.

The South West branch of the Cameroon Football Federation, FECAFOOT, under the mandate of President Ndanze Valery has recorded two Elite tickets in two years. Victoria United popularly known as OPOPO did so in 2022 and now ISOHSA 2023.

President Karl Mokake who had the support of the Chiefs and the population of the South West Region is delighted that his side are now into Elite 2 football.

ISOSHA was created in 2015. The champions of the Southwest Regional League in 2023 and Champions of the National Interpools will part take in next season Elite two Season alongside Bafmeng Football Club. A third place game was played between Volcan and Pouma which saw Pouma defeating Volcan by one goal to zero.
