NFC Bank Staff Bag Masters Degrees From ICT University In Style

Some 10 employees of renowned financial institution, National Financial Credit Bank, have earned masters degrees from the prestigious ICT University in style.

They joined the over 500 students who graduated from the institution last Saturday July 29, to mark the end of their academic journey. Working for a financial institution of high repute, the Masters in Business Administration, MBA, will permit the staff members to bring in their new expertise to boost productivity.

Given the holistic training at the ICT University, these members of staff have been equipped with the necessary skills to fit squarely into bank and contribute in making it strong.

The administration of NFC Bank has congratulated the staff on their brilliant performance throughout their studies. The institution’s management expressed hope that the new knowledge and skills acquired by the 10 staff will help in taking the bank to another level.

Speaking during the graduation ceremony, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof Jean Emmanuel Pondi, cautioned the students to face their challenges fearlessly. The concept of the ICT University, Prof Pondi said, “ is to train job creators not job seekers so these students have been equipped with the necessary skills to face the professional world. So we call on them to put into practice what they have learned because that is the philosophy of the ICT University different from other schools”.

For the brain behind the institution, founder Prof Victor Mbarika was delighted to have lived the school’s graduation of over 500 students. “I am so excited about this graduation ceremony because we are graduating a large number of students. We have students of all walks of life because we carryout inclusive education that why you can see even virtual impaired students graduating”.

Despite their tight work schedule, the NFC Bank staff were able to go through studies hitch free thanks to the outlined study plat put in place by the ICT University that gives room for students to follow up lessons where ever they are.

This is part of the school’s plan in making education simple and open for everyone despite the work of life they might be involved in. The graduation of these students comes to underscore ICT University’s readiness to train Cameroonians in the various domain so that they can contribute in the enhancement of the society.

The 10 staff have therefore the yam and the knife to make or mare it. Their expertise should be a great plus to the NFC Bank. They will be followed closely because to whom much is given much is expected. They have been given much and much is expected of them. They are trained to in their little corner to creat job openings for other young Cameroonians.
